1. Terms of Service

1.1. Account & Credits

NeuralHub operates on a pre-paid credit system ("Neural Credits"). All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no monetary value outside of our platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.

1.2. Automatic Termination

You agree that if your account balance reaches zero ($0.00) or becomes negative, we reserve the right to immediately terminate any active services, including running GPU Pods. We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or interruption of service resulting from such termination.

1.3. Service "As-Is"

Our services, including access to Third-Party AI Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and GPU Compute (e.g., RunPod), are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI outputs or compute resources.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

By using NeuralHub, you agree not to misuse the services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Crypto Mining: Using GPU Pods for cryptocurrency mining or similar proof-of-work activities is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in a dedicated enterprise agreement.
  • Network Abuse: Utilizing our infrastructure for port scanning, DDoS attacks, distributing malware, or botnet coordination.
  • Illegal Content: Generating or hosting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer the proprietary software of our partner providers (e.g., OpenAI, RunPod).

Violations of this AUP will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

3. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and transparency. This section explains how we handle your data.

3.1. Data Processing

NeuralHub acts as a gateway. When you use AI features, your inputs (Prompts) are transmitted securely to our Third-Party Model Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). We do not use your User Content to train our own models.

3.2. Data Retention

  • Technical Logs: We retain metadata (timestamps, token counts, cost, IP addresses) for billing and security auditing purposes.
  • Prompt Content: We do not permanently store the full text of your prompts or AI responses logs unless enabled by you for debugging purposes in your dashboard.

3.3. Payment Information

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
